About RCYS
RCYS has served our community since 1976. We are a private, non-profit agency and our only focus is serving the children, youth and families of Rogers County.
We see children and youth from 4 years up to 21 years of age. Our services are always free of charge, and if we aren't the best fit for your needs, we want to help you find the place that is. We have many great partner agencies in Rogers County and NE Oklahoma.
